Duties:
Lead meetings to review project backlogs.
Reviews customer backlog, monitors status of existing manufacturing order/purchase orders, and performs other duties as assigned.
This role works with other team members that are responsible for long term planning and managing materials.
Setting up schedules with proper WBS, activity ID, activity descriptions, cost and resource loading, and assigning of predecessors and successors.
This position is responsible for daily updating of the project schedule using Primavera software.
Working with estimating, sales, design, engineering, project managers and purchasing departments to obtain updates, changes and data that impacts scheduling.
Identify and address scheduling issues as early as possible.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in production planning or scheduling in the manufacturing or fabrication industry.
Computer experience with MS Office, Primavera P6 v7 experience required.
High school completion required, post-secondary training or certification is an asset.
Detail oriented and reliable.
